We are accepting 2025 Vendor Applications!
Space is limited!
Please find Food, Arts and Crafts, Special Interest and Fine Arts vendor applications below. Please note that some areas fill up early! Please mail your application and payment in promptly to secure your spot and avoid late fees!
There are a wide variety of food, fine art, gift and arts & crafts vendors at the Pear Fair each year, including locally-made and pear-themed items.
Come to the Pear Fair to find your favorites and see what new goodies are available!
Food Vendors
If you are interested in being a food vendor at this year’s Pear Fair, please submit the the Vendor Application (a google form) found at the below. Once you have been contacted and accepted, you will need to mail us your booth fees and TTF Operator’s Packet (link below) – this is for the county and is a must before you participate.
Only vendors serving pear-related items will be considered. We would be happy to assist you in coming up with an appropriate pear menu item.

Special Interest Vendors
If you are interested in being a special interest/non-profit vendor at this year’s Pear Fair, please submit the forms found at the link below.
You can fill out this google form of the 2025 Special Interest Vendor – Interest Form first to reserve your spot, then once you have been contacted that you are accepted, you will mail your 2025 Special Interest Vendor Application!

Arts & Crafts Vendors
If you are interested in being an Arts & Crafts vendor at this year’s Pear Fair, please submit the forms found at the links below.
Spots fill up fast! You can fill out this google form of the 2025 Arts & Crafts Interest Form first, then once you are contacted by us and instructed to, you can mail your 2025 Arts & Crafts Vendor Application and check for booth fees.
*Once we contact you and you are conditionally accepted based on space available you will be instructed to mail us your application – your spot is officially reserved with the receipt of the mailed application and booth fees*
